The Traffic Manager primarily manages the distribution and delivery of final files and materials with all pertinent information/instructions for broadcast. He or she confirms that all the advertising placements are properly populated, and the TV/radio stations have approved commercials and instructions. This position must coordinate the materials management activities for a number of internal Team One and external groups. 


Day to Day:

  • Issues online/offline materials and instructions.
  • Researches any discrepancies, and fields phone calls from TV and radio stations, and distribution vendors.
  • Communicates the upcoming ad unit requirements to the appropriate team members/groups.
  • Ensures procedures are adhered to, and addresses any problems or proposed changes.
  • Manages all orders placed with dubbing house, and ensures that all invoices are processed in a timely manner.
  • Facilitates submission of network clearances.
  • Coordinates make-goods, bonus units and discrepancies with stations and media buying agencies.


  • 1 - 3 years’ experience working in Media Ocean Spectra O|X (Media Bank) or Spectra D|X (Donovan).
  • Exceptional project management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Great interpersonal and listening skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to varying work environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.


Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
