The Management Supervisor (MS) leads and oversees day-to-day client business on the Idea Management team.  Leads integrated campaigns from strategic development through production and implementation. Will be responsible for various initiatives including brand, product launch/sustainment, and national sales events. In addition to responsibility over designated National and LDA campaigns, the MS will play a key role as liaison between Dallas and Los Angeles offices to ensure seamless communication across all integrated Idea Management teams.




Client Management

Build trust with and advise clients, providing a range of options to achieve client business and marketing objectives.
Contact and develop relationships with designated senior-level and mid-level clients.
Represent Account when necessary at in person client meetings for Playa lead initiatives.
Supervise "day-to-day'' designated client initiatives, including, but not limited to, business-building, strategy, media and creative projects.
Play an essential role in major presentations to clients, including annual planning, selling creative, media plans and integrated campaign initiatives.
Provide guidance to clients, assisting them with all aspects of their marketing and advertising.
Ability to engage with clients and resolve difficult business issues.



Agency Leadership

Provide leadership, support and supervision to Idea Management team designated to specific pieces of business: the Account Supervisor (AS), Account Executive (AE), the Assistant Account Executive (AAE) and the Account Coordinator (AC); inspire, motivate, train and mentor the team as appropriate.
Implement and optimize standard operating procedures within the department to engage with others professionally, efficiently and profitably.
Advise agency leaders on growth potential for members of the team.

Business Impact

Develop all assignment briefs in partnership with strategic planning.
Take responsibility for overall client budgets and scope.
Define project parameters and client needs.
Manage client expectations regarding timing, schedules and process.
Gather initial project-timing feasibility evaluation (through PM).


Communication and Integration Skills

Take responsibility for overall communication to the client and of the client's business, providing insight to agency team members regarding client business or project-specific needs.
Ensure consistent and effective communication with Playa Account Teams.
Collaborate regarding projects' strategic direction and integration.
Consult with appropriate stakeholders and subject-matter experts in the idea development process.
Recap client meetings in writing.
Champion agency process to ensure quality of work.
Manage client contract, fees and compensation.



Experience:  Minimum 7-10 years in advertising experience or relevant communications role(s).


Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.


Skills and Abilities:  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Keynote and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and communication skills as well as an aptitude for accuracy and details.  Must be able to juggle multiple projects and work with various field contacts while balancing Client demands and prioritizing projects.  Must possess an outgoing personality and be willing to contribute new ideas to the team.




Working Conditions:  This position is based in Dallas, TX. Team One is a professional, fast-paced, creative business environment.  All employees are expected to support Team One’s commitment to providing a respectful & safe workplace.  There may be times when lifting up to 25lbs. is required.  Overtime, including evenings and/ or weekend work- may be required.  There may be occasion to travel.  All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and acceptable manner during working hours and all work-related events, including but not limited to, holiday parties, off-sites, client meetings/events, shoot locations, etc.
