Responsible for day-to-day management of LDA activities. Maintains the highest level of integrity in all areas of responsibility.  Builds and maintains professional relationships with Lexus Area Management staff, the Lexus dealer body and the Team One corporate office.  As a key liaison between headquarters and our field teams. This candidate needs to be a strong self-motivator and driven to succeed.


Day to Day:

  • Manage day-to-day LDA requests from field and facilitate flow of information from headquarters.
  • Train, mentor and support Account Coordinator.
  • Assist the Account Executive with the Lexus production budget and do monthly reporting.
  • Prompt and work with field teams to complete monthly traffic instructions, both broadcast and digital.
  • Maintains knowledge of strategies and creative work for all model campaigns.
  • Assist Account Executive with Board related presentations and communications.
  • Send field/dealer requests to Lexus clients for approval.
  • Work closely with production on monthly incentive tagging.
  • Maintain the Lexus Asset Portal and address any inquiries from Lexus, dealers or field staff.
  • Take lead on organizations field-related events.
  • Take lead on sourcing content for weekly 5A update.
  • Develop strong relationships with all departments at headquarters.

Experience: 2 - 3 years of agency experience.

Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Skills and Abilities:  Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and FileMaker.   Proficient administrative and computer skills required.   Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.  Must be well-rounded, responsible, self-starter with a “team player” attitude with an interest in marketing/advertising.
