GENERAL SUMMARY

The LDA Relationship Marketing (RM) Account Executive will work closely with the RM Account Supervisor and RM Producer to implement and manage Relationship Marketing campaigns for the Lexus Dealer Association network across the country. This position is unique because it allows the opportunity to be involved in every step of developing campaigns: from strategic recommendations to creative development of tactics such as managing print, email and social campaigns; Monitoring campaign budgets and collaborating on final reporting with the strategy and analytics team.

This position is cross-functional and interacts with every department within the agency.  This role also relies heavily on collaboration with Team One field teams across the country to manage projects that meet Dealers expectations, as well as the National Relationship Marketing team to maintain consistency of brand tone, voice, and creative vision.  

 

­­­  Day to Day:

  • Support the team in developing the strategic direction of programs, which are customized to meet specific sales/marketing goals for regional clients.
  • Manage campaigns across all stages: from briefing, creative development, production, project QA, deployment, and reporting.
  • Assist Producer with production-related tasks and requests.
  • Manage legal, product, LDA Field Team and any third-party approvals
  • Vendor management for all projects
  • Responsible for regional team and dealer expectations
  • Assist with the development and roll-out of new content management platform

 

Experience:  

 

  • Minimum 3 years account management experience in advertising or related business is required.
  • 1-2 years’ experience with Digital, Media and CRM is preferred.
  • Automotive experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Leading projects with little to no supervision is preferred.
  • Presentation development experience is a plus. 

 

Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

 

Skills and Abilities: This person must be highly organized, with a charismatic and varied communication style. Familiar with both online and offline work. Juggles priorities with boundaries on behalf of both the agency and client. Communicates skillfully. Appreciates creative and design aesthetics.
