GENERAL SUMMARY

Primarily responsible for providing quantitative analysis to evaluate the performance of current CRM programs uncovering insights and establishing benchmarks that will help guide the refinement of current programs or the development of future programs. Works side-by-side with the CRM Strategist and Associate Director to develop the campaign targeting strategy and design and develop CRM program performance reports. Assist in research for CRM program integration and implementation.

­­­Day to Day:

This role will heavily rely on campaign management and data analysis skills as well as CRM knowledge to identify client needs for marketing campaign execution and performance analysis. This position will require the qualified candidate to:

  1. Work with internal and external Stakeholders on proposing and executing marketing campaigns (focused on email, direct mail, social)
  2. Assist in implementing direct marketing campaigns for Team One top automotive client 
  3. Handle Data Instructions and Data Analysis portions of various RM projects
  4. Tell a clear and concise story of the campaign data:
    • Prepare campaign analysis reports in PowerPoint to reflect: Email Engagement, Social Engagement, Offer Redemptions, Sales Analysis, Incremental Lift and Overall Campaign ROI
    • Take in consideration all elements of the campaign: Audience Segments, Channels, Touch Points and Testing included in the campaign
  5. Assist in determining relevant methods for solving client marketing needs
  6. Have a proactive and effective interaction with other internal groups throughout Team One
  7. Have a proactive and effective interaction with outside vendors and partners (e.g. 3rd party list vendors, database partner, fulfillment companies)
  8. Establish benchmarks by segment, list source, channel and communication type
  9. Assist in campaign test design and execution 
  10. Work closely with Lexus Database Marketing Team and 3rd Party List Vendors to set-up the targeting matrix and execute the list strategy for direct marketing campaigns (e.g. Conquest, Loyalty, Awareness, Vehicle Launches)

 

Experience

  • Should have 3-5 years CRM campaign experience working in a quantitative analysis capacity, past experience preferably includes marketing analytics, database marketing or campaign management.
  • Understanding of CRM/database marketing and response channels – email and/or direct mail is a MUST.
  • Understanding of elements that drive database marketing: Targeting, Segmenting, Modeling, Profiling, Incremental response, Lift, ROI and control groups.
  • Must have working knowledge of all Microsoft applications with strong skills in Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills needed.
  • Knowledge in digital analytics and social measurements is a plus.
  • Experience in automotive is a plus.

Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred from an accredited university or college. Degree in Statistics, Math, or Economics is a plus.
