The Account Supervisor who will lead and overseethe day-to-day client business, specifically in the Lexus National Relationship Marketing team. This role will report into the Management Supervisor in Los Angeles, but will also have a dotted line into the Digital Group Account Director, based in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities include providing strategic oversight of the business, leading conversations and programs that are cross-functional in execution to further the business, building and nurturing relationships with senior clients and truly understanding and advising the clients’ business. This role will play a consultative role in managing vendor partners currently working with Lexus, as well as evaluating new partnerships that will help the brand succeed in the CRM, social, and digital space. Responsibilities will also include leading robust multi-touch acquisition and retention programs, and working closely and collaboratively with the CRM strategy/analytics/production teams to create short & long-term strategies that will drive business results. Responsibilities include maintaining relations with senior clients and supervising the clients’ business. This role will lead multiple email programs, present program recommendations to client, and provide internal communications.
Day to Day:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Lexus National RM account team
Build a reputation of “Trust” and act as a “Strategic Advisor” to all of our clients
Focus on driving both Lexus’ and Team One’s business objectives forward

Train, manage and mentor the team: Account Executive and Asst. Account Executive
Manage on-going integrated RM campaigns, while keeping focus on the future opportunity or optimization areas within any given program
Manage scope timelines, financial planning, budgeting
·Collaborate and work closely with multiple internal teams: strategy, creative development, project management and production teams
Maintain strong and professional relationships with Lexus clieWork on scope, planning and budgeting
5-7 years advertising experience. CRM experience is required.
Worked in a satellite office, or managed teams from a remote location, is required
Experience working with 3rd party vendors and acquisition lists, preferred
Experience working on targeted emails, social and/or digital targeting and retargeting, a plus
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, or Advertising)
