The Management Supervisor will work within the Insights Center of Excellence, focused on the Lexus National Relationship Marketing team supporting the Account Director/Group Account Director in day-to-day client business management. Responsibilities include providing strategic oversight of the business, leading conversations and programs that are cross-functional in execution to further the business, building and nurturing relationships with senior clients and truly understanding and advising the clients’ business. This role will play a consultative role in managing vendor partners currently working with Lexus, as well as evaluating new partnerships that will help the brand succeed in the email space. Responsibilities will also include leading robust multi-touch email programs, and working closely and collaboratively with the CRM strategy/analytics/production teams to create short & long-term strategies that will drive business results.
Day to Day:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Lexus National RM account team
Build a reputation of a “Strategic Advisor” to all of our clients
Focused on driving both Lexus’ and T1’s business objectives forward
Not afraid of challenging the status quo; Being able to identify areas of opportunity to improve the way we do business – internally and with Lexus
Partner with strategy, production, project management and user experience groups to develop best practices and stay ahead of technological advancements
Train, manage and mentor the team: Account Supervisor and Account Executive
Manage on-going integrated RM campaigns, while keeping focus on the future opportunity or optimization areas within any given program
Experience working with 3rd party vendors and acquisition lists
Experience working on targeted emails with multiple versions and list sources
Collaborate and work closely with multiple internal teams: strategy, creative development, project management and production teams
Broker, and nurture strong and professional relationships with Lexus mid-to-senior-level clients
Facilitate issue escalation and help develop timely resolutions
Business lead on defining scope of work with our clients, strategic planning and budgeting
5-7 years advertising experience. CRM experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, or Advertising)
