The Group Account Director is a business team leader for all digital activities on the Lexus and Lexus Dealer Association accounts, with specific focus on web, social, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, analytics, RM, and digital innovation.


  • Primary point of contact and strategic partner for senior Lexus clients across digital marketing and internal IT (D&IS) teams; work closely with clients to identify specific needs and business objectives
  • Leads cross-functional teams (technology, creative/UX, delivery, analytics, production/project management, etc.) to achieve client’s goals
  • Responsible for excellence in delivery of projects, products, and services to Lexus clients
  • Responsible for strategic growth of the Lexus digital business
  • Responsible for recruiting and retaining IM talent in the Dallas-area, as well as leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the Lexus IM team
  • Responsible for annual scope planning, as well as ongoing fiscal solvency on in-scope and out-of-scope work
  • Thought leadership through client-facing POVs, and industry publications and presentations


Minimum 10 years’ experience in enterprise technology, web development, and digital advertising, preferably at a digital agency or consultancy
Automotive category experience a plus, but not required.
Proven ability to manage large and complex digital accounts
Deep knowledge of web development and digital advertising. Ability to partner with technical, creative, and strategy experts to achieve results.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree is required (minimum).


Ability to lead a 7- to 8-person Account Management team, including training, coaching and inspiring them toward successful outcomes. This person must be highly-organized, with a charismatic and adaptable communication style. Ability to lead clients as strategic advisor, fostering appetite for, and approval of, game-changing programs and ideas.
