We are looking for a seasoned Digital Account Supervisor to join the team in Dallas. They will work closely with team members in LA and some travel will be required. The focus would be on programs and initiatives related to:
Immersive Realities = Creating virtual reality, augmented reality, and mixed reality experiences.
Future of Retail = Developing in-dealership technology to streamline the customer/dealer experience.
Emerging Technology = Identifying new tech and trends (such as AI), as well as applying them to meet client objectives.
The nature of the work requires that candidates are passionate in new technology and able to create excitement and appetite among the clients and internal team members. Candidates must also be dynamic, since emerging technologies often require us to draw from past digital experience and understanding of best practices, yet adapt to suit the needs of each individual program and initiative.
Day to Day:
Maintain daily contact and build relationships with clients at multiple levels and key business partners.
Partner with Assistant Account Executive (AE) for execution; inspire, motivate, train and mentor as appropriate.
Play a substantive role in presentations to clients, including selling creative and technical solutions. Since many team members will be located in LA, it’s critical to understand the technology and represent the broader team working on the business.
Provide guidance to clients, assisting them with any aspects of digital marketing. Be willing to engage clients on difficult issues.
Project Initiation and Scope:
Since this role will be working closely with clients, they must be able to correctly understand, probe, and interpret client requests to agency staff.
Define project parameters and client needs.
Helping to strategize around the development and rollout of technologies.
Manage client expectations regarding timing, schedules and process.
Project Communication and Integration
Manage client communications, providing insight to agency team members regarding client business and project-specific needs.
Reviewing work and providing guidance based on best practices, user habits, and representing the client’s point of view.
Partner with team members in LA to ensure share learnings, progress, etc.
Collaborate with xD, creative & strategy teams regarding project strategic direction and integration.
Manage ongoing communication with clients, including client meeting minutes, next step clarification, status updates and approvals
Consult with appropriate stakeholders and subject-matter experts in the idea development process.
Project Assignments and Scope:
Develop all assignment briefs and presentations in partnership with strategic planning.
Oversee upcoming workload with known or potential projects.
Account for overall project budgets and scope.
Day to Day:

Guide the work through client approval process.
Champion agency process to ensure quality of work.
Supervise client contract, fees and compensation.
Project Tracking and Metrics:
Participate in and gain full working knowledge of project metrics.
Understand metrics evaluation.
Stay aware of project dashboard.
Experience: 5- 7 years focused digital experience required, including at least 1 year automotive experience. Must have demonstrated interest in working with emerging technologies.
Education: A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Skills and Abilities: Must have a clear understanding of digital best practices related to web, mobile, tablet, and digital analytics. Must have exceptional presentation skills as well as excellent analytical skills. This person must be highly organized, with a charismatic and varied communication style.
